Idigbo - Standard Pen Blank
Idigbo (Terminalia ivorensis) is a pale yellow-brown wood with an unusual course, straight grain. The pores in the timber are a darker brown colour giving the timber its appearance.
The wood is very light-weight and easy to turn. Use a sanding sealer or varnish to prevent acids in the wood affecting the metal parts of the pen.

The price qouted is for a single pen blank.
Each blank is approximately 19 x 19 x 145mm (0.75 x 0.75 x 5.75").
The ends of the blanks are dipped in grain seal to reduce the chance of damage while in storage.
